At Living Newell, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality health and wellness products to our valued customers.

Due to the nature of our sea moss gels being a fresh made to order product, we are unable to accept returns for these items. However, if the product arrives damaged, please provide a photograph as proof of damage, and we will gladly address the issue.

For our raw sea moss and shilajit, we accept returns within 14 days, provided the package is unopened and the seal remains intact. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to ensure your satisfaction with all of our products.

 We will notify you once we’ve made a decision on your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
