How our delivery service works

 

We are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service.

Our sea moss gel is produced daily for freshness and shipped the same day on all orders placed before 11am.

For Sea Moss gel we only ship using the next day 24 tracked service via Royal Mail. All non-perishable items such as raw Sea Moss and Shilajit, will be shipped using the tracked 48 service so you should receive your order within 2 days.

All orders placed between Friday - Monday before 11am will be shipped on a Monday.

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. Please let us know about any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.

Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via email before the order is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order. We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will replace the order. To initiate the process, please contact us.
